Stéphane Bégué - Leader

Stéphane has many years of experience in the field of blood transfusion. Since 2012, he runs the Department for QC and Evaluation of blood components on a nationwide scale at EFS. At present, Stéphane is actively involved in the design and governance of the EU CCP Database. During his career he led the parametric programming of the Blood Transfusion IT system at the regional Blood Centre of Lyon and Rhone Alpes. His responsibilities in IT management system covered the interface between medical, production (collection, preparation, delivery and issuing of blood products) and IT department for transcription of IT needs from transfusion activities into IT software applications and functionalities.
